Hai. Your BMI ? Heh, tak perlu nak susah susah kira. Just google, taip BMI. Kikikiki~

Okay, Alhamdulillah NORMAL .

For those yang Obesity. Here some suggestion for you :-

1.Embrace healthy eating by serving a variety of nutrient-rich foods, including fruits, vegetables and whole grains and small amounts of energy-dense foods like olive oil, nuts and dried fruits.

2.Limit high-calorie items such as sugary drinks, fast foods and packaged snacks.

3.Establish regular family mealtimes.

4.Encourage daily physical activity.

Just practising the four tips that given below. Insyallah, you can get ideal weight.

BMI Categories:
Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5–24.9 Overweight = 25–29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater ........... So ? Me ? 21.7. Memang aku ni gemok, makan puns bnyak. Tah lah knpa, berat badan still ideal. Oh,my height ! Kikikiki. Nak tau satu benda ? Orang cakap, orang yang tinggi macam 'aku' ni susah nak dapat pakwe.k.mmg susah. hahaha

Tengok muka,tangan mmg nampak gemuk. Dah memang gemuks. Kikiki.

So, do calculate your BMI. Beware of your health. Watch your mouth. Not to eat many calories. Less them.
